The Commissioners' Court of Tom Green County Texas met in Regular Session, June 23, 2020 in the Edd B. & Frances Frink Keyes Building with the following members:

1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:30 am. 

2. The Invocation was given by County Judge Stephen C. Floyd.
Judge Floyd led in the Pledges to the United States and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.
 
4. Moved to approve the following items on the CONSENT AGENDA as presented: 

A. Acknowledged the minutes from the last meeting(s) of June 16, 2020. 

 
           B.  Moved to approve the Treasurer's Claim Register, through June12, 2020 in the amount of $374,736.86 and the Bills to be paid in the amount of $1,342,841.85.

Update: This is the second day for the Jail Standards Commission's Inspection.  Should be finalizing inspection this afternoon.
