The Commissioners' Court of Tom Green County Texas met in Regular Session, June 16, 2020 in the Edd B. & Frances Frink Keyes Building with the following members:

1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:30 am. 

2. The Invocation was given by Commissioner Sammy Farmer.
Commissioner Farmer led in the Pledges to the United States and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.
 
4. Moved to approve the following items on the CONSENT AGENDA as presented: 

A. Acknowledged the minutes from the last meeting(s) of June 9, 2020.

14. Consider Helen's Bistro & Bakery lease and renewal at the Stephens Central Library. (Nate Southard, Operations  Director)
Mr. Southard explained that due to the Library shut down for March and April due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, Helen has requested a waiver of rent for those 2 months.

Moved to waive two months' rent ($400.00) to Helen's Bistro & Bakery due to the Library closure for COVID 19 and renew the annual lease to Helen's Bistro & Bakery, located in the Stephens Central Library, for the sum of $300.00 per month, authorizing the County Judge to sign the documents.

Update: Don is walking the roof and inspecting for any damage. Jail Commission inspection is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of next week (June 22 & 23, 2020).
