1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:30 am. 

2. The Invocation was given by Commissioner Bill Ford.
Commissioner Ford led in the Pledges to the United and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.

A. County Courthouse Renovation
Update:Schematic designs are being reviewed.  Evaluation committee is reviewing their information.

B. County Detention Construction
Update:  Meeting last week to review everything.   Reece Albert is working on the road at the main entrance.  AEP has submitted a work order to relocate an electric pole in the middle of the road.  Floor prep, duct work and electrical work continues. Change orders will be forth coming to add more switches, creating shorter runs, backboard for repeaters, and relocate soap dispensers.
