The Commissioners' Court of Tom Green County Texas met in Regular Session, June 11, 2019  in the Edd B. & Frances Frink Keyes Building with the following members:

1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:30 am. 

2. The Invocation was given by County Clerk Elizabeth McGill.
Ms. McGill  led in the Pledges to the United States and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.
             
4. Moved to approve the following items on the CONSENT AGENDA as presented: 

A. Acknowledged the minutes from the last meeting(s) of June 4, 2019. 

B. Consider Treasurer Claims Register and Bills to be Paid Report.

 
Moved to approve the Treasurer's Claim Register, through May 31, 2019 in the amount of $1,541,602.39 and Bills to be paid in the amount of $1,599,137.21.

C.  Moved to approve the Open Purchase Orders from June 3rd - 7th, 2019 for FY 2019 in the amount of $631,437.41

F.   Approved the acceptance of $200 donation to Crisis Intervention Unit by Chris Myers.

G. Approved accepting a cafeteria style table donated to the Juvenile detention center from TLCA school.

H. Moved to approve adopting a Resolution authorizing the sale and conveying all rights, title, and interest in tax lot: 224 E. Ave. J; Lot 7, Block 38, Fort Concho Addition, to  LJ E Homes, LLC (Jose Trejo, Manager in the amount of $6, 700.

7. Consider providing a letter of support for the US Transportation BUILD 2019 grant to reconstruct College Hills from Avenue N to Loop 306.

Moved to approve ratifying a letter of support, as requested by the City of San Angelo, for the application for the US Transportation BUILD 2019 grant to reconstruct College Hills,  from Avenue N to Loop 306, as presented.

A. County Courthouse Renovation  No Action.
Update:Judge Woodward is reviewing the revised floor plans for the Courtrooms.

B. County Detention Construction  No Action.
Update:Vinyl flooring being installed in 2 areas as well as the kitchen equipment. Last Friday's meeting reviewed schedules and creating punch list for final reviews.  Electrical and HVAC installations are continuing.

C. Goodfellow AFB - DEAAG project
Update:  Fire training Hall almost completed but the Cressman Dining hall had some rain delays. 
1. Consider approving Change Proposal 6 for Fire Training Hall in the amount of $520.00 and authorizing County Judge to sign.

 12.  Judge Pro-Tem Bacon adjourned the meeting at 8:46 AM.
