The Commissioners' Court of Tom Green County Texas met in Regular Session, March 3, 2020 (Primary Election Day) in the Edd B. & Frances Frink Keyes Building with the following members:

1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:30 am. 

2. The Invocation was given by Commissioner Rick Bacon.
Commissioner Bacon led in the Pledges to the United States and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.
             
4. Moved to approve the following items on the CONSENT AGENDA as presented: 

A. Acknowledged the minutes from the last meeting(s) of January 21, 2020 (Corrected #12 & 13) February 18 & 25th, 2020. 

 
           B.  Moved to approve the Treasurer's Claim Register, through February 21, 2020 in the amount of $1,365,962.50 and the Bills to be paid in the amount of $593,995.69.

Update: Working on the identified problems. Fire Department inspection last week.  Auto faucets have to be replaced with manual faucets.  Razor wire is being installed on top of fences.  More inspections to follow Thursday and Monday.  Ready for the site inspection.

1.  Acknowledge that today's Court Agenda was posted February 28, 2020 at  11:31 AM.
2.  Today is Election Day.....Go Vote!  Vote Centers are open 7AM - 7 PM.
3.  Daylight Savings Time starts Sunday, Court attire has option to relax.
4.  Judge Floyd expressed his thanks to all of the Candidates who chose to run for an office and all that entails both financially and emotionally.  He expressed that regardless of the voter outcome, there are no losers because of the friendships and relationships that have been formed, as well as the experience that is gained. 
  
 12.  Judge Floyd adjourned the meeting at 8:43 AM.
