1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:30 am. 

2. The Invocation was given by Commissioner Bill Ford.
Commissioner Ford led in the Pledges to the United States and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.
             
4. Moved to approve the following items on the CONSENT AGENDA as presented:

Update:  Wednesday meeting @ 9:00 to review scheduling and design.

Update: Multiple types of work going on inside the building.  Reece Albert continues site work.

C. Goodfellow AFB - DEAAG project
Update: Starting to erect the steel for the dining hall.  
             
 25.  Future Agenda Items:  Commissioner Hoelscher wants to present a plan enlisting volunteers or perhaps utilizing inmates to make repairs on the roads.
 
 26.  Announcements: 
 
1.  Acknowledge that today's Court Agenda was posted March 22, 2019 at 2:22 PM. 
 2.  The Annual National Altice Award was awarded to San Angelo for the 2nd time in the past 8 years for their support to Goodfellow AFB.
3.  Saturday night, Carl Rowe will be addressing those attending the Reagan Day Dinner as a fundraiser for the Republican Party.   Court members will be attending, but no business will be conducted or discussed.

  
 27.  Judge Floyd adjourned the meeting at 9:43 AM.
