1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:30 am. 

2. The Invocation was given by Commissioner Ralph Hoelscher.
Commissioner Hoelscher led in the Pledges to the United States and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.
             
4. Moved to approve the following items on the CONSENT AGENDA as presented: 

A. Acknowledged the minutes from the last meeting(s) of December 3, 2019. 

 
           B.  Moved to approve the Treasurer's Claim Register, through November 29, 2019 in the amount of $549,364.01 and the Bills to be paid in the amount of $1,646,131.87.

Update:  Received 75% of Construction Documents.  HDR has submitted exhibits for the Basement remodel for the District Clerk's Office.

B. County Detention Construction
Update:  Exterior lighting poles are being installed.  Areas G& H are still being worked on.  Estimated completion date is now February 29th, 2020.
