1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:31 am. 

2. The Invocation was given by Commissioner Rick Bacon.
Commissioner Bacon led in the Pledges to the United States and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.
             
4. Moved to approve the following items on the CONSENT AGENDA as presented: 

A. Acknowledged the minutes from the last meeting(s) of November 27, 2018.

7. Consider recognizing the week of December 3-9, 2018 as Tree of Angels week. The Tree of Angels is displayed in the Mike Brown Justice Center and is a way for families to honor those they have lost to violence. (Sandra Elliott)

Update:  No Update

B. County Detention Construction
Update:  Generator being moved in place. Heaters are being installed.  The Architect/Owners meeting for this month has been moved to the 3rd Thursday due to the Christmas Holidays.

C. Goodfellow AFB - DEAAG project
Update:  The rebar is being installed.  The proposal to make one room into two has been changed so therefore needs approval for the Change Order creating a credit to the project.

3.  Federal Offices will be closed tomorrow for former President  Bush's (41) Funeral.
4 Mandatory Open enrollment for County employees' insurance starts tomorrow through Friday.
Presentations by TAC will be at 2 tomorrow, 10 & 2 Thursday and 10 on Friday, encouraged to attend.

5.  Dustin Klein introduced the newest member to Auditor's Office as Michelle Ferguson, will be a new buyer.
6.  Jill Donegan expressed her thanks and gratitude to the Facilities maintenance staff, the Information Technology staff and to the members of her staff who helped with the upgrades, moves and improvements at the main Library. 
  
 19.  Judge Floyd adjourned the meeting at 9:04 AM.
