The Commissioners' Court of Tom Green County Texas met in Regular Session, January 22, 2019 in the Edd B. & Frances Frink Keyes Building with the following members:

1. County Judge Stephen C. Floyd called the meeting to order and ratified that a Quorum is present at 8:31AM. 

2. The Invocation was given by County Judge Stephen Floyd.
Judge Floyd  led in the Pledges to the United States and the State of Texas. 


3. Announcement: Anyone intending to address the Commissioners’ Court shall complete and turn in to the County Judge a Witness Testimony form with the exception of Tom Green County Employees who are providing resource information pursuant to an Agenda item.
             
4. Moved to approve the following items on the CONSENT AGENDA as presented: 

A. Acknowledged the minutes from the last meeting(s).  (No Minutes were presented.) 

B. Consider Treasurer Claims Register and Bills to be Paid Report.

 
Moved to approve the Treasurer's Claim Register, through January 11, 2019 in the amount of $4,440,473.64; an addendum in the amount of $5,000.00 and Bills to be paid in the amount of $1,257,138.74.

A. County Courthouse Renovation
Update:  There will be a meeting today for directives.

B. County Detention Construction
Update:Meeting last Thursday has moved completion date from December 5th to the 19th, 2019 due to the addition of extra units.  Units G & H are being roofed; all tilt wall braces have been removed; fire proofing the canopy area; brick work is being done on the main corridor; temporary electricity has been hooked up; plumbing and electrical installations continue throughout the facility; everything is on schedule. 

C. Goodfellow AFB - DEAAG project
Update:  Everything on schedule.  
             
 16.  Future Agenda Items:
1.  Commissioner Hoelscher would like 2 separate resolutions presented.
 
 17.  Announcements: 
 
1.  Acknowledge that today's Court Agenda was posted January 18, 2019 at 12:26 PM.
   2.  Annual Chamber Banquet to be held.
3.  Chamber Luncheon February 12th will host the Energy Consortium representatives to discuss the upcoming challenges with infrastructure that will be needed.  The luncheon will be at Bentwood.

 
  
 18.  Judge Floyd adjourned the meeting at 9:12 AM.
